Lima OH Harley Owners Group, Chapter #3786, Membership Instructions

To become a member of our chapter you must first comply with the requirements listed on our HOME page under "Membership".  The next step is to complete and submit a Membership Enrollment Form.  Just click here to open that document in .PDF format.  You will need Acrobat Reader to open it.  Acrobat Reader can be downloaded for free by clicking on this icon:  .  

After opening the  form, you can type in all your information but you will not be able to save it.  You will have to print it before closing the document.  Once it is printed, please sign it and mail it to the below address with your $15 dues.  Checks should be made out to: Lima, OH Harley Owners Group.

Membership renewal is required at the beginning of each calendar year.  A completed Membership Enrollment Form must be submitted at that time along with payment of the $15 annual dues.  Both must be received no later than March 1st to prevent  interruption of membership benefits.  Renewal membership forms and dues should be sent to the below address.
